Sensual – feeling not erotic like skinny dipping
Erotic – lovers sexual
Ascetic – give up on physical world
Mystic – commune with deity or creation
Functional – taking a bath or sleeping naked
Gain attention – exhibitionist and protest

Here is a list used by Medieval Theologians

Nuditus naturalis – natural state before the fall and after resurrection
